I AM SUPER STRESSED RIGHT NOW.

Not good for blogging.

In other words, I am going to be ending this blog for a time. For readers of my Comic and Novelist blogs, those two need updating but will not be left. Just this one.

The hardest moment of my life was leaving SF. My posting the announcement coincided with the New Moderators announcements. Which must have depressed my two friends who just became mods.

I Never Knew Dogs Liked To Swing

Well, the other day, I was at the park with Flit and Faladian and noticed Faladian watching a couple of kids swinging. He was swinging his head from side to side in sync with the two children, watching them with his huge pair of intent brown eyes. They were laughing at his antics gleefully. I wondered what would happen and what he'd do if I was the one on the swing, so I got my tie-out cable from the car and, after securing both Flit and Faladian, got in the one remaining normal swing. I started going back and forth, and now had the attention of both dogs. Then I had another thought- what would he do if I had him in my lap? Flit will do it; why not Faladian?

So I untied him and got into the hardbacked plastic swing and started going. He seemed to enjoy it quite a lot. Apparently, I stopped too early for him, 2hough, as the rest of the walk he tried to get back in! The neighborhood kids certainly had quite a laugh at this, and were begging me to bring him back. IMMD! :D

Faladian is doing pretty well!! He's filling out, and is becoming absolutely gorgeous. I can't wait to see him as an adult.

Flit, my bc/chow mix, has finally been returned to me. Life with four dogs is sure hectic!! ^.^ I don't see how kennels manage!!

New Years Eve Invitational...

Well, Seige, Myk, Lilin and Cadlia are here! And we went to a HUGE Team Agility tournament two days ago, on New Years Eve. And here are the results:

Rasca Team Agility in 1st overall
Team MalaFormat Cross-Sports in 2nd overall
Mebenca Team Agility in 3rd overall

Yep, TEAM MALAFORMAT placed second overall! My face:

Meh, I am ugly. First try with Inkscape! Damn Vector programs.... Raster FTW!!

We did great! Lost 1st by 1.74 seconds, third was 4.86 seconds behind us. This is the first time Rasca has beat us in over a year. We are constant rivals... XD

The Latest Flyball Tournament and Team MalaFormat

The Christmas Eve Flyball Invitational just passed, and here are our results! We won FIRST.

Cadlia, Lilin, Myk (Chris's dog), and Seige (Saga's dog) did very well and we are so proud of them. For a team of smaller dogs, against mostly larger dogs, we did excellent. So, maybe it's time you got to know the other two members of our team.

Team MalaFormat is a cross-sport team, as we do Rally Obedience together as well.

Myk is a male Jack Russel Terrier Mix. He is the height dog, or the smallest dog on the team. Because he is the smallest he sets the height of our jumps (if we had a Great Dane, an Afgan, and a Burmese Mountain Dog, he'd still do this. And the big dogs would still have the same size jumps too.)

Seige is a male Akita/Shepherd mix. He is our largest dog, and he is the most powerful.
