The Latest Flyball Tournament and Team MalaFormat

The Christmas Eve Flyball Invitational just passed, and here are our results! We won FIRST.

Cadlia, Lilin, Myk (Chris's dog), and Seige (Saga's dog) did very well and we are so proud of them. For a team of smaller dogs, against mostly larger dogs, we did excellent. So, maybe it's time you got to know the other two members of our team.

Team MalaFormat is a cross-sport team, as we do Rally Obedience together as well.

Myk is a male Jack Russel Terrier Mix. He is the height dog, or the smallest dog on the team. Because he is the smallest he sets the height of our jumps (if we had a Great Dane, an Afgan, and a Burmese Mountain Dog, he'd still do this. And the big dogs would still have the same size jumps too.)

Seige is a male Akita/Shepherd mix. He is our largest dog, and he is the most powerful.

SkyFlyer Agility Convo

I have joined a new team: the SkyFlyer Agility Convo. Our first show is on New Year's Eve, and we will be competing in a four-dog relay team.

The Christmas Eve Flyball Invitational is coming up and I will be competing with my Team, Snapback Flyball Relay Academy (We run several Teams as part of Snapback, and Saga, Chris and I are part of Team MalaFormat.).

A new dog

I have just adopted my third dog: Faladian.

Faladian is a Border and Rough Collie Mix. Like both Cadlia and Lilin, he is a rescue, and was previously trained in...

nothing.

So I have to go fix that. He is a seven month old and lacks any social skills (However, the last owner did think to leash-train him, something neither of my other dogs can do properly.)

The freaky thing is, it actually works.

Now, this is freaky...DO NOT CHEAT (You'll will kick yourself later) I was a little skeptical trying this, but if you follow the instructions to the "t" you'll be surprised!!!!All of my answers were accurate. We'll see tomorrow if the wish comes true. I'll let you know. Take 3 minutes and try this...it will freak you out! The person who sent it to me said her wish came true 10 minutes after they read the mail. BUT NO CHEATING! This game has a funny/spooky outcome.Don't read ahead...just do it in order! It takes about three minutes...it's worth a try :)First..get a pen and paper. When you actually choose names, make sure it's people you actually know and go with your first instinct.

Me and My Goals on Blogger

My name is Mythic. I am interested in blogging solely for the entertainment value; nothing more.

I am a fan of Timothy Zahn's DragonBack series. I loved the movies Stormbreaker, Tron Legacy, and Avatar (both JC's AND Shyamalan's). I am also into Sean Kingston. 

I DO have a bf/gf.

I am a fan of random comments.

I own a Plymouth Explorer. People love to comment on its bad transmission.

My Pups!!

I have two dogs. They are Lilin, a male Skye terrier, and Cadlia, a female Scottish terrier. Both are adorable.

and this is Lilin!

These two are my pride and joy. Both are very sweet and I compete with Lilin in Earthdog, while Cadlia and I do a bit of Canicross. We are very active and we live in a very dog-oriented area.

My idea of a good time is an Earthdog competition. Earthdog is a very fun sport where dogs do a course that is partially underground...
